TM Business Solutions is a Management Consultancy incorporated in July 2012, founded and operated by Themba Mathaba. Its mission is to translate theories, policies, strategies and plans into results. All its activities are underpinned by values of— Innovation, Excellence and Integrity. 

The Company has a National focus, with bases in Cape Town, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. It provides services and support to organisations, companies and institutions of various sizes in the public and private sector domains.

The Founder and MD Themba Mathaba has many years’ professional and management experience in the public and private sectors of the economy. He has worked in various capacities for Ethekwini Municipality, CGU Financial Services, Department of Public Enterprises, IDC Corporate & Structured Finance, Standard Bank Corporate Banking and Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) – with Technology and Advanced Manufacturing companies at various stages of development. He has worked in Strategy, Projects & Innovation for Mercedes Benz Trucks Division in Stuttgart as part of a team supporting & advising global executive management on business development & expansion in major markets of Western Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. He worked for IBM on implementation of ERP projects in German speaking European markets.
